How do I save my preferred brew settings on the Keurig K-Supreme Plus?

Use the 3 user profile buttons to save your preferences. Once you have selected your desired brew size, strength, and temperature settings, press and hold one of the user profile buttons to save those settings. After saving, you can simply press the user profile button followed by the brew button to brew with your saved preferences. (Page 5)
