What does the 't3L' alarm code mean on the controller display?

The t3L alarm means the Low Limit Detection Probe (t°3) at the bottom of the chamber has detected a temperature below 2°C, indicating a risk of freezing. The controller has automatically stopped the compressor to allow the temperature to recover. Although your samples remain safe, this indicates a fault condition that requires immediate attention — contact the Labcold Service Team straight away and do not ignore the alarm even if temperatures appear normal.
