What should I do before cleaning or servicing the refrigerator?
Always disconnect the power cord from the outlet before cleaning or performing any repairs. You should also turn off the control to the OFF position before installing, cleaning, or changing light bulbs. After completing work, reconnect the refrigerator and return the control to the desired position. (Page 3)
