Why is there water dripping from the rear of the unit?
Water may be collected in the base pan during highly humid conditions or on rainy days, causing the base pan to overflow. The water then drips from the rear of the unit. This is normal operation, and you can install an optional drain pan with a drain hose to manage excess water.
