What should I do if the dryer will not run?

First, make sure the dryer door is closed completely. Press the START button until you hear the dryer drum moving - you may not have held it long enough. Check if a household fuse is blown or circuit breaker has tripped; electric dryers use two household fuses or circuit breakers. The drum may be turning but without heat if only one is blown. If the problem continues, verify the correct 240 V power supply is present and use a time-delay fuse.
