How often should I clean the lint screen?
The lint screen should be cleaned before each load. A screen blocked by lint can increase drying time, and you should never run the dryer with the lint screen loose, damaged, blocked, or missing, as doing so can cause overheating and damage to both the dryer and fabrics. (Page 18)
