How do I activate and deactivate the Control Lock feature?

To turn on Control Lock, press and hold the Heated Dry button for at least 3 seconds; repeat the same action to turn it off. When Control Lock is active, all buttons are disabled, and pressing any pad will cause the light to flash 5 times. Note that the dishwasher door can still be opened while the controls are locked.
