Why are my dishes not drying properly?

The most common cause is the absence of rinse aid — the dishwasher is designed to use rinse aid for good drying performance, and without it, dishes and the interior will have excessive moisture. You should also check that the rinse aid dispenser is not empty, that you are using the heated dry option, and that the dishwasher is not overloaded so water can drain properly. (Page 9)
