How do I set the timer function on the remote control?

To set TIMER ON, press the TIMER ON button to initiate the sequence, then press the Temp up or down button multiple times to set the desired time. The time will increase by 30 minute increments up to 10 hours, then by 1 hour increments up to 24 hours. Point the remote to the unit and wait 1 second for activation. For TIMER OFF, follow the same process using the TIMER OFF button. You can cancel either function by setting its timer to 0.0 hours.
