What is the warranty on the Midland X Talker T50 Series?

Midland Radio Corporation will repair or replace the T50 Series transceiver at no charge for defects in material or workmanship within three years of the initial consumer purchase. The warranty does not cover water damage, battery leakage, abuse, misuse of unauthorized accessories, or unauthorized service or modifications. Accessories such as chargers, microphones, and cables carry a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase.
