What is the correct weld cable size for the Deltaweld 452?

Weld cable size depends on amperage and circuit length. For example, at 300 amps with 100-150 ft cable length at 60-100% duty cycle, use 2/0 AWG cable. At 450 amps with 100-150 ft length at the same duty cycle, use 3/0 AWG cable. Cable size is based on either a 4 volts or less drop or a current density of at least 300 circular mils per ampere.
