What does the Arc Control knob do in Stick (SMAW) mode?
In Stick mode, the Arc Control knob adjusts the 'DIG' (arc force), which changes the arc characteristics from soft to hard on a scale of 0–100. Lower DIG settings are recommended for softer electrodes like E7018, while higher settings are recommended for harder, deeper-penetrating electrodes like E6010. (Page 33)
