What steps should I follow for installing a gas supply on the Millermatic 230 VAC device?

First, obtain and secure a gas cylinder with a chain. Then remove the cap from the valve and slightly open it to blow out dust and dirt before re-closing it. Attach the regulator/flowmeter to the cylinder, set up the gas hose connections as specified in the manual instructions (Page 23).
