What happens when the contact tip short-circuits to the workpiece, and how do I reset the machine?

If the contact tip short-circuits against the workpiece, the machine cuts welding output but the fan continues to run. To resume operation, release the torch trigger to reset the unit. If the contact tip is stuck to the workpiece, release the trigger, turn off the machine, and free the contact tip from the workpiece, then inspect and replace it if damaged before restarting.
