What should I do if the welder overheats and shuts down?

If the overheating thermostat opens, the output will stop and the fan will run. Allow the equipment to cool for 15 minutes before resuming operation. After cooling, reduce either the amperage or the duty cycle (reduce welding time/increase rest periods) before continuing to weld.
