How do I reset the ProHeat 35 to factory default settings?

To reset to factory defaults, turn off the power source and wait until the display goes blank. Turn the power source back on, and when the display lights, press and hold both the Increase and Decrease buttons. A message will display 'Press Program to reset factory defaults.' Release the buttons and press the Program button to complete the reset. (Page 28)
