What should I do if the Online LED never turns solid white during setup?
If after 10 minutes the Online LED is still not solid white, verify that the cable wall outlet is working. If the outlet is confirmed working, contact your ISP to make sure you have an active connection. Note that even when the Online LED lights, the modem router is not connected to the Internet until you complete activation with your ISP. (Page 16)
