Where should I place the CAX80 modem router for best WiFi performance?

Place the modem router near the center of the area where your computers and devices operate, in an elevated location to minimize walls and ceilings between it and your devices. Keep it away from electrical devices such as ceiling fans, microwaves, cordless phones, and home security systems, as well as large metal surfaces, mirrors, fish tanks, and concrete walls. Make sure it is within reach of an AC power outlet and near Ethernet cables for wired computers. (Pages 13-14)
