How do I set up and use the Nutri Ninja Cup?

Add ingredients to the Nutri Ninja cup, screw the blade assembly tightly onto the cup, then turn the cup upside down and place it onto the motor base, turning it clockwise until you hear a click. Press down on the Single Serve button in short intervals to blend, and when done, turn the cup counter-clockwise and pull straight up to remove it. (Page 8)
