How do I safely pour thick mixtures out of the pitcher?

For thicker consistencies, remove the lid and then carefully remove the Stacked Blade Assembly by its shaft before emptying the contents from the container. The Stacked Blade Assembly must always be removed first when pouring with the lid off, as it is not locked in place. (Page 5)
