How do I set up and perform an initial test run on my Ninja Pressure Cooker?

First, unbox the unit and wash the Cook & Crisp™ Basket, pressure lid, and cooking pot with warm, soapy water. Place the cooking pot into the cooker base, add 2 cups of room-temperature water, and align the pressure lid arrows before turning clockwise to lock. Ensure the pressure release valve is in the SEAL position, press the PRESSURE button, set time to 2 minutes, and press START/STOP to begin. When finished, turn the pressure release valve to VENT position to quick release steam, and the unit will be ready to open.
