How do I connect a heart rate monitor to the console?

The console is compatible with all Bluetooth Smart heart rate monitors. Press the iFIT Sync button on the console and the console pairing number will appear in the display. When your heart rate monitor is connected, the LED will flash red twice. If multiple compatible monitors are nearby, the console will connect to the one with the strongest signal.
