What should I do if the power doesn't turn on?

First, ensure you are using a proper extension cord if needed (3-conductor, 14-gauge, no longer than 5 ft). Make sure the key is inserted into the console after plugging in the power cord. Check the power switch located on the treadmill frame near the power cord—if it protrudes, it has tripped. To reset it, wait five minutes and then press the switch back in.
