Yes, the egg cooker can make both poached eggs and omelets using the included Egg Bowl. For poached eggs, fill the Measuring Cup to the SOFT line, place butter or nonstick spray in the Egg Bowl, break an egg into it, and place the bowl on top of the Egg Tray before covering with the lid. For omelets, fill the Measuring Cup to the MEDIUM line, prepare the omelet mixture in a separate bowl, pour it into the Egg Bowl, and place the bowl on the Egg Tray before cooking. (Pages 8, 9)
