What should I do after the eggs finish cooking?
When the eggs are done, an audible chime will sound — toggle the ON/OFF Switch to the OFF position to stop it. Carefully remove the Lid using an oven mitt, then transfer the eggs to a bowl, cover with ice water by 1 inch, and allow them to cool for about 10 minutes. (Page 8)
