What should I do if the airflow from the top vent is weak or the unit produces smoke or odor?

The HEPA/Carbon filter is dirty and needs to be changed. Follow the filter replacement procedure: turn off and unplug the unit, take it outside or to a well-ventilated area, wear a mask and gloves, remove the old filter, insert a new filter, close the lid, and reset the filter light. If problems persist after changing the filter, contact Customer Service at 1-877-689-2838 or [email protected]. (Page 9)
