What does the CH0 or CH1 error message mean and how do I fix it?

The CH0 or CH1 message indicates you must recalibrate the resistance system. Remove the batteries from the console, press and hold any button for 20 seconds, then reinsert the batteries; the exercise bike will adjust to the lowest resistance level.
