How do I transfer data from my old device to my Galaxy A04E using Smart Switch?

Open Settings and tap Accounts and backup → Bring data from old device. Place both devices next to each other, tap Receive data on your new device, select your old device's operating system and choose Wireless transfer. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the data transfer. You can also transfer data wirelessly via Wi-Fi Direct without needing an internet connection.
