What should I do if my microSD card is not recognized by the device?

If your device cannot recognize the microSD card, you need to format it on the device. Open Settings, tap Battery and device care → Storage, swipe right to view the SD card page, then tap Format. Before formatting, back up all important data as the manufacturer's warranty does not cover data loss from user misuse.
