Why is the ice maker not producing ice?
Check whether you waited at least 12 hours after installing the water supply line before expecting ice production. Also verify that the water line is connected, the shut-off valve is open, the ice making function was not manually stopped, and that the freezer temperature is not set too warm. If the ice maker function is ON but the water line is not connected, press the Ice Off button to stop the water valve noise from the back of the unit. (Page 23)
