What does the error code 4C mean and how do I fix it?

Error code 4C means water is not being supplied to the machine. Make sure the water taps are open and not frozen, and that the water hoses are not clogged. Clean the mesh filter as it may be clogged, and ensure the washing machine is operating with sufficient water pressure. When the washing machine displays 4C, it drains for 3 minutes and the Power button is inoperative during this time. (Page 48)
