What should I do if my washing machine doesn't drain or spin?

First, check the fuse or reset the circuit breaker and ensure the washing machine is plugged in with normal electrical voltage. Make sure the drain hose is pointed downward (for natural drain models), is not clogged or kinked, and close the lid completely before pressing Start/Pause, as the machine won't spin unless the lid is closed (Page 46-47).
