How do I pause or interrupt cooking without cancelling the program?

You can interrupt cooking at any time by either pulling the pan out of the housing by its handle, which automatically pauses the device, or by briefly pressing the Start/Stop button (20). To resume, reinsert the pan or press Start/Stop again, and the device will continue counting down the remaining cooking time automatically.
