How do I charge a battery pack with my Stanley Battery Charger?

First, plug the charger into an appropriate outlet before inserting the battery pack. Insert the battery pack into the charger, making sure it is fully seated. The red charging light will blink repeatedly to indicate charging has started. When fully charged, the red light will remain on continuously. (Page 9)
