How often should I descale the machine, and what can I use?

Sunbeam recommends descaling every 4–6 months, though this depends on water hardness and frequency of use. You can use Sunbeam Descaling Tablets (EM0010), Sunbeam Liquid Descaler (KE0100), or a mixture of 1½ tablespoons of white vinegar with 1 litre of warm water. The full descaling program takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. (Page 20)
