How do I customize the amount of coffee the machine produces?

Start brewing your chosen drink and wait for the grinding to finish; once coffee starts flowing, press and hold the drink selection button until your desired quantity has been dispensed, then release it. The machine saves the setting and confirms with 2 beeps. Water quantity can be set between approximately 25 ml and 250 ml, and each drink type (espresso, caffè crema, americano) can have its own saved setting.
