How do I descale the Esperto Caffe?

With the machine on and all buttons lit, press and hold the power button and the espresso button for about 5 seconds until 2 beeps sound, then press the espresso button to start the process. The descaling cycle takes approximately 15 minutes, pumping descaling solution through the system roughly every 40 seconds in ~50 ml portions. After descaling, a rinsing phase follows automatically using a full tank of fresh cold water.
