What should I do if the coffee is flowing too slowly from the spout?

Adjust the grind setting to a coarser level. Turn the grind adjustment dial clockwise toward the + symbol during grinding. If the coffee flows too slowly, it may indicate the grind is too fine or the machine needs descaling.
