These symptoms may indicate a serious problem. You should always contact your specialist dealer immediately if you spot strange sounds, uneven tread wear, jerky movements, the wheelchair deflects to one side, or damaged wheel assemblies. Never attempt to repair the wheelchair yourself. (Page 22-23)
