How do I lock the controls to prevent accidental changes during a cycle?

Press and hold the CONTROLS Lock/Unlock button for 3 seconds to lock the controls. When locked, all buttons are disabled except for Pause/Cancel and Start, and the status light next to the button will glow. To unlock, press and hold the same button for 3 seconds until the status light turns off.
