Why are my dishes not drying properly?

Dishes may not dry completely if the rinse aid dispenser is empty, the dishwasher is overloaded preventing proper water drainage, or an air-dry option was selected instead of heated drying. Plastics often need towel drying regardless of the cycle used. Use a liquid rinse aid and the Heat Dry option for best drying results. (Page 18)
