How do I use the meat probe to cook food to the correct internal temperature?

Insert the probe into the jack on the right side of the oven, select your desired preset, then set the oven temperature and target internal temperature using the controls. Insert the probe horizontally into the thickest part of the food, not touching bone, fat, or gristle, and the oven will beep and display 'End' when the target temperature is reached. After removing the food, let it rest for at least five minutes to allow carry-over cooking to bring it to final doneness.
