How do I start or resume a wash cycle on my Whirlpool dishwasher?

Press the Start/Resume keypad and firmly close the door within 4 seconds to start or resume a cycle. If the door is not closed within 4 seconds, the Start/Resume LED will flash, an audible tone will sound, and the cycle will not start. If the door has been opened after starting a cycle, Start/Resume must be pressed again to resume. (Page 7)
