What should I do if water remains in the bottom of the dishwasher after a cycle?

First check whether the cycle has fully completed, as a small amount of remaining water is normal. If water remains after a complete cycle, the drain air gap may be clogged and should be cleaned to ensure proper draining. Note that the drain air gap is not part of the dishwasher and is not covered by the dishwasher warranty. (Pages 13–14)
