Allow for 1/2 inch (1.25 cm) space on each side and at the top for proper ventilation. When installing next to a fixed wall, leave a minimum of 2 inches (5.08 cm) on each side to allow the door to swing open. If your model has an ice maker, allow extra space at the back for water line connections.
