The F20 error code indicates a water inlet problem — no water or insufficient water supply is reaching the washer. To resolve it, press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to cancel the cycle, then check that both hot and cold water faucets are fully turned on, that inlet hose screens are not clogged, and that hoses are not kinked or frozen. Plug the washer back in, re-select the cycle, and press START; if the problem persists, call for service. (Page 19)
