How do I remove the transport bolts before using my washer for the first time?

There are 4 bolts in the rear panel that support the suspension system during transportation and must be removed before use. Using a 13 mm wrench, loosen each bolt, move it to the center of the hole, and completely pull out the bolt along with its plastic spacer; then discard the bolts and spacers. Close the bolt holes with the 4 transport bolt hole plugs provided, and pull the power cord through the rear panel opening before closing it with the attached cap. (Page 9)
