Error code F20 indicates a water inlet problem with no water or insufficient water supply. Select PAUSE/CANCEL twice to cancel the cycle and unplug the washer. Check if the water faucets are completely turned on, if inlet hose screens are clogged, if inlet hoses are kinked, or if they are frozen. After checking these items, plug the washer back in, re-select the cycle and press START. If the problem persists, call for service.
