How do I turn off the cooling system without unplugging the refrigerator?

You can disable the cooling system by pressing and holding the On/Off button on the left side of the temperature control panel for three seconds. The controls will display 'OF°F/OF°F' when turned off, and to turn the cooling system back on, press and hold the button for three more seconds. Note that this does not disconnect power to lights and other electrical components. (Page 15)
