What should I do if the ice dispenser is jammed and won't dispense ice?

If ice has melted and refrozen around the auger, remove the ice container, thaw it, and empty its contents, then clean and dry the container before replacing it. If the dispenser motor has overheated from the paddle being pressed too long, the motor overload protector will reset in about three minutes, after which ice can be dispensed again. (Page 27)
